Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Food Outlet Supervisor to lead daily food outlet operations and support lodge goals. Lead with guest satisfaction, profitability and team performance.

Responsibilities include supervising POS transactions, scheduling, inventory, and coaching staff while maintaining sanitation, safety and beverage control standards. Strong leadership and hospitality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a food service leadership capacity.
• 1 year experience utilizing Point-of-Sale (POS) technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution and team-building skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily food outlet operations to ensure lodge standards are met.
• Assists with restaurant operations including POS, expediting, restocking and staff breaks.
• Ensures sanitation, safety, and beverage control compliance.
• Provides coaching and recognition to pack members regularly.
• Manages scheduling, labor forecasting, payroll and attendance.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with F&B leadership on action plans.
