Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the daily operations of the lodge's restaurants, bars, quick-service outlets, and banquets. You will partner with F&B leaders to meet KPIs, train staff, manage costs, and uphold brand standards for safety and guest service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year leadership in F&B, strong attention to detail, and experience with scheduling, payroll, and food safety programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years leadership experience in food & beverage.
• Experience in driving guest satisfaction and staff engagement.
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation.
• Ability to manage scheduling, training, and cost controls.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily lodge restaurant, bar, quick-service, and banquet operations per brand guidelines.
• Support F&B leadership with strategic plans and action plans.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate Pack Members.
• Ensure compliance with Great Wolf University training.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Purchasing on inventory and par levels.
• Monitor scheduling and payroll with HR.
• Manage safety audits and health code compliance.
