Job summary

Qualifications

• Understands P&L, operating plans and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests-first service on assigned shifts.
• Oversee shift operations to meet brand standards for food and service.
• Assist in sanitation, safety, and security practices.
• Interpret financial and operating reports with GM to improve profits.
