Candidate will work under General Manager oversight, coordinating with vendors and field operations to maintain smooth shift performance and timely reporting. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for restaurant operations (labor, inventory variance) during assigned shifts.
• Provides production direction to Team Members concisely.
• Sets an example for Team Members by implementing shift plans and ensuring smooth production.
• Delegates to encourage teamwork and ensure compliance with Company standards.
• Motivates Team Members to exceed Guest expectations with food and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Addresses Guest feedback and resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations, Market Policy, food safety, Security Policy, and related procedures.
• Reports safety, sanitation, and policy violations promptly and suggests short-term solutions.
• Promotes loss control and maintains a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Completes cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling checklists for the shift.
• May perform essential duties listed in the Team Member job description.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
