Job summary

Denny's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to report to the GM and supervise 15–20 crew members, ensuring proper execution of restaurant operations on their assigned shift and delivering a great guest dining experience while upholding service and quality standards.

You will work day and night shifts, weekends and holidays as the schedules rotate, supporting the GM who holds total accountability for restaurant success.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant crews and maintaining guest service standards.
• Ability to read financial and operating reports and support profit goals.
• Proven coaching skills and ability to develop hourly staff to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15–20 crew members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure proper execution of operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in staffing, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Monitor sanitation, safety, and brand standards across the dining area and kitchen.
