Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared, portioned, presented properly, and in sanitary condition.
• Perform/assist all functions for all positions when required.
• Ensure adherence to productivity and service standards with sufficient trained staff.
• Oversee facility and equipment management including preventive maintenance and safety.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper ordering procedures.
