The role emphasizes cash handling, teamwork, and maintaining food safety while meeting profit targets in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience, preferably in food service.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with restaurant operations and drive sales and profit goals.
• Provide direction to staff to ensure guest satisfaction and a safe work environment.
• Oversee cash handling, gifts cards and payment accuracy.
• Plan and develop manpower, training, and onboarding for team members.
