Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to assist the General Manager in planning and directing restaurant activities to meet sales and profit goals. You will oversee staff, enforce policies, and ensure a high standard of service and safety.

The role emphasizes maximizing guest satisfaction, proper food preparation, inventory control, and coordination with regional management to maintain consistent performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• 1–2 years’ managerial experience preferred, preferably in the food service industry.
• Ability to lead staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly per procedures and health regulations.
• Provide direction for restaurant staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.
• Manage inventory, payroll, cash handling, and operating expenses.
