Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a hands-on restaurant manager to support the General Manager in achieving sales and guest satisfaction goals. You will lead dining room staff, ensure food quality, safety, and service standards, and help manage staffing, training and performance reviews.

This role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ managerial experience preferred, preferably in the food service industry.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing manpower for administration and operations.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance reviews for dining room personnel.
• Ensure financial data accuracy, payroll, cash handling, and operating expenses.
• Attend unit management meetings and contribute to achieving objectives.
