Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of EWC services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits of Wax Passes.
• Administer check-ins/check-outs, processing payments, refunds and reservation requests.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and restrooms; assist with opening/closing procedures.
