Job summary

EWC Growth is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals. You will educate guests on products and services, upsell offerings, and assist with daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced Wax Center environment.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a professional appearance. Flexibility for weekends/evenings and knowledge of the EWC scripts will help you succeed and grow within our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work external or internal events may be required.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Maintain a professional appearance as defined in the handbook.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of EWC services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Arrive on time and follow dress code with name tag.
• Create a memorable guest experience using scripts and brand language.
• Confirm guest services and offer related add-ons.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and app rescheduling.
• Organize reservations and manage associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting lobby and restrooms.
