Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales goals.

You will educate guests on products and services, upsell add-ons, and assist management with daily administrative tasks in a luxury retail environment. You must have strong interpersonal skills, 2+ years in customer service or sales, and the ability to work flexible days including weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in luxury service preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to work weekends/evenings and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, payments, refunds and reservations.
• Inform guests on pre-booking benefits and how to use the app.
