EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals. You will educate guests on products, manage reservations, and assist with daily store operations to ensure a smooth daily flow.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work events and varied hours. Training and career growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Maintain a professional appearance as per handbook.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a thorough understanding of EWC Growth services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Handle check-ins/outs, process payments, refunds and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and how to use the app to reschedule.
• Organize reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized lobby and restrooms.
