Job summary

EWC Growth LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Evanston to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals. You will learn our services, educate guests on products and Wax Passes, and assist management with daily tasks.

Strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings are essential. You will maintain a clean lobby, process payments, and support reservations and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to perform events as needed.
• Ability to work flexible days/hours, incl. weekends/evenings.
• Positive, friendly demeanor and ability to receive feedback.
• Maintain a professional appearance as per handbook.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of EWC services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on Wax Pass benefits and savings.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs, payments, refunds and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and app usage to reschedule.
• Organize reservation book based on guest requests and staff availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming lobby and restrooms.
