EWC Growth LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting sales goals and front-desk tasks. You will educate guests on products and services, upsell add-ons, and maintain a welcoming, polished lobby environment to reflect a luxury experience.

Strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends) are required. Retail or luxury service experience is valued; this role includes performance-based commissions

Competenze

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience
• Experience in luxury service preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to work flexible days/hours including weekends/evenings
• Professional appearance
