Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during guest arrival and departure.

You will assist guests with parking and luggage, retrieve vehicles, and help with directions and local information in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy in ticketing and payments, and safety in handling vehicles, with a schedule that includes weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required (state you are applying to work).
• Work experience: One month related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Skills include reading/writing English, basic math, and time/money calculations.
• Ability to operate in a hospitality setting and help guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and vehicle retrieval during arrival and departure.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Support ticketing, keys, and guest folio accuracy as part of the valet process.
