Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver friendly, efficient hospitality at our parking locations. You will greet guests, drive and park vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide information about local amenities and directions.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, keys, and receipts with accuracy, maintaining a courteous demeanor, and ensuring safe, smooth vehicle movements. This role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license or be within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience or training preferred, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Open doors and provide bell services; assist with directions and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and track tickets and keys.
• Maintain accurate vehicle location records and guest folios; provide timely guest service.
