Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and parking services for arriving and departing guests. The role involves handling luggage and facilitating smooth vehicle parking and retrieval in a friendly, efficient manner.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing local information, processing tickets and payments, and ensuring safety and accuracy in key/tag management during shift hours.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license within commuting distance.
• Experience: 1 month related experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Skills in reading, writing English and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and storage as needed.
• Offer directions, taxis, reservations and local information.
• Handle tickets, collect payments and manage key tags as required.
