Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality for guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and requests. You will greet guests by name when appropriate and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include explaining parking procedures, handling tickets and keys, and delivering high-quality service during arrival and departure.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license (state you are applying to/from or nearby).
• Work Experience: One month related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write English and to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly hospitality.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and related services when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and manage valet tickets and keys.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests and coworkers at all times.
