Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, park and retrieve guest vehicles, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, manage tickets, and provide information about local amenities.

Role requires friendly demeanor, basic math for fare calculations, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. Workplace includes AM/PM shifts and outdoor conditions are possible.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive hospitality.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries
• Process tickets and revenue as needed.
