Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or within commute distance from state you are applying to work.
• 1 month related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with parking, vehicle retrieval and luggage handling as needed.
• Provide directions, information about local attractions and amenities.
• Ensure safe vehicle movement and accurate ticket/claim handling in the valet system.
• Maintain courteous communication and adhere to Towne Park etiquette.
