Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, efficient manner. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience at our location.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing directions and information about local attractions, and maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists guests with bell services and luggage.
• Provides guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and local attractions.
