Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing directions, and handling ticketing and payments while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for state you are applying to work, or within commutable distance.
• Work Experience: One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write English, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles with care and safety.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Maintain professional demeanor and greet guests using appropriate language.
• Explain rates, process tickets, and collect payments as required.
