Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality for guests arriving and departing. You will assist with parking, luggage handling, and delivering friendly, efficient service at the location.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, answering inquiries, and managing vehicle procedures with attention to safety and courtesy. A valid driver’s license and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license (in-state or within commutable distance).
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Help guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and payments.
