Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests arriving and departing. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining safety and adherence to procedures.

The role supports guests with directions, reservations, and local attractions; explains parking rates, processes payments, and upholds Towne’s standards of courtesy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide hospitality services.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and collect payments accurately.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local attractions.
