Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles in a safe, friendly manner and assist guests with luggage where applicable.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing directions, handling reservations, and explaining parking rates. A high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license are required, with one month of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license in state of application or nearby commute distance.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience or training; or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write English; basic math; understand 24-hour/military time; operate a manual transmission (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Greet guests by last name and use proper Towne Park etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticket/claim checks and revenue as needed.
• Perform all duties with accuracy and efficiency as part of the team.
