Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe, efficient manner. You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and inform them about facility amenities and local attractions.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and one month of related experience. You will work AM/PM shifts with a friendly, professional demeanor and accurate ticketing and revenue

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide attentive service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and revenue processing.
