Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a courteous Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You will help guests with directions, reservations and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and safe experience.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accurate ticketing, and reliable service in a busy hotel environment. Hiring is subject to location needs and shifts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license in the applicable state or within commuting distance.
One month related experience or equivalent training.
Basic math and cash-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
Greet guests and use proper Towne Park etiquette; assist with luggage when applicable.
Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facilities and attractions.
Explain parking rates, issue and collect tickets, and manage keys and revenue for the valet system.
