Job summary

The D in Las Vegas is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests, answering inquiries, directing calls, and coordinating travel plans. You will greet guests, make entertainment and dining suggestions, and coordinate liaising with various departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have a GED or equivalent and at least 1 year in a concierge, sales, or similar role, with excellent communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Must be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries and direct phone calls in a timely, respectful manner.
• Greet guests and assist with entertainment, dining and travel recommendations.
• Coordinate travel plans and act as liaison between guests and departments as needed.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction with prompt, courteous service and friendly rapport.
• Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc., ensuring the area is clean and organized.
