Job summary

Talentify in Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Services Call Center Agent to assist guests with requests and deliver a 5 Star/5 Diamond service standard. You will answer inbound calls, process dispatches, and support Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations.

Fluent English, strong communication, problem solving, and multi-tasking are essential in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes kindness, engagement, empathy, and positivity in every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required; LMS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or related degree preferred.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
• Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
• Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and dispatch requests accordingly (Maintenance, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell Desk, Valet).
• Respond to guest and employee requests via email, text, or instant messages.
• Conduct outbound calls to ensure guest satisfaction for multiple departments.
• Monitor dispatch systems to ensure requests are dispatched to on-duty staff.
• Resolve guest complaints to the best of their ability.
• Assist with Front Desk functions (check-in/out, lobby greeting, boarding passes).
• Assist with Room Reservations (third party reservations, modifications, cancellations, date changes).
• Explain property information and services, maintaining 5 Star / 5 Diamond service standard.
• Perform other duties as requested.
