Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from check-in to check-out, handling reservations and inquiries with a smile.

You will process cash and credit transactions, provide room rate quotes, assist with registration, keys, and local attractions, while maintaining accuracy and high guest service standards to ensure memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform money handling duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
