The Front Desk Specialist will serve as the front-of-house liaison at Desert Club Resort in Las Vegas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in through check-out. This role handles folio transactions, reports, and room assignments, while supporting business center and resort Wi-Fi access to create a positive first and last impression.

Qualified candidates are self-directed, fluent in English, and capable of resolving conflicts with guests and owners.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates guest check-in and check-out; handles folio adjustments and payments.
• Acts as primary contact for guest inquiries and room assignment concerns.
• Generates, reviews, and prints daily reports; maintains keys and security.
• Coordinates with housekeeping to expedite unit readiness for guests.
• Provides support to the Marketing Face to Face team during arrivals.
