Job summary

Puttshack USA is looking for friendly Game Ambassadors to join our Atlanta team. You will greet guests, check in reservations, and guide players through the tech-infused mini golf experience. The role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and a fun, high-energy environment.

You’ll explain the rules, troubleshoot course issues, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and teammates while supporting daily operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Interest in games and technology a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to maintain safety and follow store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and check in reservations.
• Guide guests through the mini golf course and explain game rules.
• Troubleshoot on-course issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper working order of kiosks and equipment.
• Support opening/closing tasks and other duties as assigned.
