Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Passion for games and technology.
• High standards of guest service.
• Good communication skills and ability to problem solve.
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and guide them through the course.
• Assist guests with checking in their game play and provide directions.
• Ensure all courses and equipment are in proper working order.
• Troubleshoot small issues on the course and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a pace that matches guest flow and levels of visits.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and policies.
• Support opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
