Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking friendly Game Ambassadors to greet guests, check in reservations, and guide players through the courses for an exciting, tech-infused mini-golf experience. You’ll explain the game rules, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for every guest.

Open daily with flexible schedules, typical shifts range across 15–30 hours per week; full-time benefits may apply for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Passion for games and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome on the courses.
• Check in reservations and guide guests through the course.
• Explain game rules and troubleshoot issues during play.
• Ensure all courses and equipment are in proper working order.
• Troubleshoot small issues on the course and escalate to Management.
• Maintain pace to accommodate varying guest visits.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other tasks.
