Puttshack is seeking a Game Ambassador to welcome guests, check in reservations, and guide players through the tech-infused mini golf experience. You will explain game rules, troubleshoot issues, and support operations across the course, kiosks, and guest services area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome on the courses.
• Check in reservations and guide guests through the course.
• Explain the rules of the game and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure all courses and equipment are in working order.
• Maintain a pace that matches guest traffic.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and employment policies.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side-work.
