Puttshack in Addison, TX is seeking a friendly Game Ambassador to greet guests, guide them through the tech-enhanced mini golf experience, and assist with reservations check-in. You’ll troubleshoot basic issues, explain game rules, and keep the course running smoothly in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, and a passion for games and tech. Part-time or flexible hours available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome on the courses.
• Assist guests with checking in their game play and reservations.
• Guide guests safely throughout the course and explain game rules.
• Troubleshoot small issues on the course and escalate when needed.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
• Maintain pace to match guest visits and comply with safety guidelines.
• Support opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
