Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking enthusiastic Game Ambassadors to welcome guests and guide them through the tech-infused mini golf experience. You will explain rules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a safe, fun journey for players.

Locations run daily from 11am to 1am with flexible schedules; typical hours range 15–30 per week. We value hospitality passion, a positive attitude, and teamwork across the venue.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Prior hospitality, customer service, or related field experience.
• Passion for games and technology.
• High standards of guest service.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
• Able to communicate safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Assist with general cleanliness of the kiosks, game courses, and guest services area.
• Assist guests with checking in their game play, answering questions, and guiding them throughout the course.
• Ensure all courses, golf balls, and other equipment are in proper working order.
• Troubleshoot small issues on the course and elevate any problems to Management.
• Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of guest visits.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook.
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
