Job summary

Puttshack is hiring a Game Ambassador to greet guests, check in reservations, and guide players through the tech-infused mini golf experience. You will explain the rules, troubleshoot issues on the course, and champion a fun, guest‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service required.
• Passion for games and technology.
• Strong guest service standards and communication.
• Friendly, upbeat demeanor and team player.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the course.
• Assist with check-in and game play.
• Maintain course and equipment in good working order.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain pace with guest visits.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Open/close duties and side-work as assigned.
