This role requires 18+ with hospitality or customer service background, strong communication, and a friendly energy. Flexible, part-time hours support a dynamic venue environment.

• High standards of guest service
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor with guests and team

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome on the courses and check in reservations
• Guide guests safely throughout the course and explain the rules of the game
• Troubleshoot basic issues on the course and escalate to management as needed
• Ensure equipment and courses are in good working order
• Maintain a pace that matches guest flow and supports service quality
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and team policies
