Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Team Manager to support the Director in leading sales, operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the Tiffany store experience. You will mentor, coach and act as a Guest Experience Manager, ensuring unsurpassed client service.

As a Team Manager you will coach the sales and operations teams to exceed store targets, drive client development, and demonstrate Tiffany Touch moments at every touchpoint while upholding our values and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, Client tracking systems and POS system.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support sales and operations to meet/exceed commercial targets.
• Lead on the sales floor, provide management presence, and coach the team to deliver Tiffany client experiences.
• Drive client development activities and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with procedures; optimize store hospitality and amenities.
• Attract, hire and retain top talent and foster a high-performance environment.
