Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting commercial targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to develop opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand presence.

• Coach and support the sales and/or operations to achieve store targets and profitability.
• Lead with service excellence and partner with the Store Director to elevate client experience.
• Grow client development activities and manage client relationships with Tiffany Touch moments.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor and ensure exceptional store operations.
