Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Florida is seeking a Team Manager to support the Director in leading the sales, operations and security teams, and to elevate the Tiffany store experience.

You will mentor, coach and act as a Guest Experience Manager to ensure unsurpassed client service on the floor and in all touchpoints. You will drive client development, coach the team to meet or exceed commercial targets, and deliver Tiffany Touch moments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support store sales and operations to meet/exceed targets.
• Lead a climate of service excellence and elevate the client experience.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor and coach the team to deliver Tiffany client experiences.
