Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Team Manager to support the Director in leading and developing sales, operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the Tiffany store experience.

You will act as a mentor and Guest Experience Manager, overseeing store operations in the Director's absence while delivering Tiffany Touch moments to clients. This role requires a dynamic leader who embodies Tiffany values and drives performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting commercial targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while protecting brand image.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work in various roles on the sales floor, operations, etc.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and/or operations to meet commercial targets.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and partner with Store Director.
• Demonstrate Tiffany values and cultivate service excellence across the team.
• Deepen client relationships and drive client development activities.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor and coach staff on Tiffany client experience expectations.
