Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Beverly Hills is seeking a Team Manager to support the Director in leading and developing the sales, operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the store experience.

You will assume oversight when the Director is away, acting as a mentor, coach, and guest experience manager to ensure unsurpassed client service. As a Team Manager you will coach and support the team to achieve store targets, develop client relationships, and deliver Tiffany Touch moments

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems and POS.
• Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• College/university degree desired.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support sales and operations to meet targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Lead the store in absence of Director and maintain store standards.
• Develop client relationships and drive client development activities.
• Ensure Tiffany Touch moments and hospitality on the sales floor.
• Monitor KPIs and product pillars and drive profitability.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and store procedures.
