The Escape Game Nashville is seeking a Team Leader to guide a 4-15 person team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth shift operations. You will lead high-energy, friendly service while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks (cleaning, painting, standing, lifting 30-40 lbs).
• Ability to stand long periods (about 75-80% of shift).
• Adherence to Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4-15 during shifts.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Open and close the store and ensure games start on time.
• Facilitate team member breaks and maintain operations on shift.
• Coach teammates using Continuous, Gracious Pressure approach.
• Address minor maintenance issues and manage cash/inventory.
