The Escape Game at Legacy Place is seeking a Team Leader to deliver world-class hospitality, guide a small team, and ensure every guest has a five-star experience. You’ll lead, empower, and energize teammates to maintain our high service standards.

Responsibility includes opening/closing the store, ensuring games start on time, and coaching staff with Continuous, Gracious Pressure while keeping a positive, high-energy atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1–2 years in a guest-facing setting.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting 30–40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4–15 teammates.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere on shift.
• Ensure operational excellence: open/close store, start games on time, manage breaks.
• Redirect and coach staff using Continuous, Gracious Pressure.
