Job summary

Target is hiring for a Service & Engagement Team Leader in West Palm Beach, FL. This role focuses on delivering an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience and leading a team of hourly team members across guest services and front of store operations.

You will coach, develop and evaluate team performance, manage daily/weekly workloads, and ensure adherence to Target's guest experience commitments while supporting loyalty programs and store goals.
