Job summary

Target is seeking a Service And Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experience across store operations. You will lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, manage daily workloads, and ensure high standards of service and store cleanliness in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance feedback, and coordinating with leadership to meet sales and guest satisfaction goals while supporting drive-up and digital guest initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and coach team members to meet guest experience commitments.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals.
• Support and enable drive-up orders and digital guests.
