Job summary

Target’s Miami store is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader to guide Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, delivering an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience. You will lead daily operations, plan workloads, and monitor store performance to meet service and sales goals.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities to participate in loyalty initiatives and store promotions within a full-time framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older; retail experience helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly staff and develop their skills.
• Plan workload to meet sales goals and service targets.
• De-escalate guest concerns and resolve issues.
• Ensure team is trained on Target guest experience commitments.
• Support store operations during promotions and holidays.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cash handling procedures.
